Responsibilities

  • Assemble and wire industrial control panels based on detailed designs.
  • Troubleshoot control and power systems at customer facilities.
  • Field checkout and startup support.
  • Participate in power system retrofits in the shop and at customer facilities.
  • Identify areas of improvement and support the team environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent communication skills along with a willingness to go the extra mile to provide and manage project information.
  • Two year degree in related subject matter or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and upgrade control systems.
  • Design PLC and HMI based control systems based on P&ID’s, specification, drawings, and research or from customer review meetings.
  • Make considerations when designing and implementing control systems related to the following:       Economy, safety, reliability, quality, sustainability, maintainability and expansion related to customer needs. (Commercial skills)
  • Work with internal technicians and design personnel on best available technologies for various applications and best assembly methods to meet UL508A design criteria.
  • FAT testing with technicians and customers.
  • Identify areas of improvement and add to the team environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years relevant experience in manufacturing environments. PLC programming, HMI configuration, and VFD application experience.
  • Experience with communications protocols such as Modbus, Devicenet, ControlNet, Ethernet IP, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills along with a willingness to go the extra mile to provide and manage project information.
  • BSEE, BSME or Computer Technology or Information Systems education or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft & Cisco Networking experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform power system modeling and design of new and existing electrical substations and power distribution systems using SKM Power Tools for Windows software.
  • Oversee industrial conversion projects including project scoping, detailed design, installation, and onsite completion of projects.
  • Duties may include procurement, assembly, testing, installation support, on-going maintenance support, service agreements, system startups, and engineering projects.
  • Make considerations when designing and implementing power systems related to the following: Economy, safety, reliability, quality, sustainability, maintainability and expansion related to customer needs. (Commercial skills)
  • Identify areas of improvement and add to the team environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years relevant experience, demonstrates knowledge of industrial power systems.
  • Experience using power system modeling software such as SKM Power Tools for Windows, EasyPower, ETAP, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a willingness to go the extra mile to provide and manage project information.
  • BSEE with a focus in industrial electrical power systems or equivalent experience
  • Professional licensure, or capability to obtain professional license specific to role (i.e. Professional Engineer, etc).
